Preschool BtS Reminders/ Supply List

2026 -2027 School Year

All general school supplies are provided by the school district in preschool, with the exception of the following items that you will need to send in to school. Please be sure each item is clearly labeled with your child’s name:

• Backpack (without wheels)
• Reusable water bottle
• Labeled nap mat or small blanket with crib-fitted bedding to fit a child size cot (click here to view cots used in ETSD classrooms). We ask that no large comforters or thicker bedding be provided as students are required to take home weekly for washing and transport back to school.  
• A healthy lunch:
  • Lunch is provided by Princeton Foods and available for a fee* if your child would like to buy each day (or on particular days). School lunches are part of the National School Lunch Program and meet all nutrition requirements, a breakfast option is also available if interested.
  •  If you would like to send in a lunch daily from home, it must be nut-free.. In addition, we ask that it be a healthy lunch that meets the school nutrition standards. 
• A daily healthy snack (nut-free) placed in a simple lunchbox or brown paper bag. If your child is bringing in lunch from home as well, we ask that their snack be in a separate bag and labeled as snack to assist staff when helping the children.
• A change of clothes, underwear, and socks in a sealed bag labeled with your child’s name.

*There is an application through the National School Lunch Program for free and reduced lunch and breakfast options. Applications are posted on the district website and more information can be reviewed by clicking here, along with the application to apply. If you need a paper copy, please stop by the school office or email your child’s school to have one sent home.
